This is NOT an isolated case.

A mod or Shrink should contact them - if they don't get this problem straightened out very soon, they will lose all the goodwill that they've built up since the summer.

This is getting bad General, every forum I read the same thing. Also whether or not someone took them up on an offer of free money is besides the point, don't offer anything you can't control. If you give free money away and then slow pay folks when they ask to withdraw what have you gained? Not a thing other a bad rep if not careful. I'm on their side but this is getting close to becoming an ugly situation.
